Jon was extremely prompt in responding to me regarding the job. He was flexible when working with me to find times to come out to look at the room and also to schedule a date to do the job. I gave him some idea of what I wanted done and he had very helpful suggestions, which included showing me photos of previous jobs he'd done with the color I'd chosen. I called Jon to ask for an estimate Friday morning. He was working in the area and came over to look before noon. I had the written bid by Sunday evening. The bid was very competitive. Honestly, I think I would have hired him even if the bid was a bit higher. It wasn't. I just liked him. I had a strong feeling he would be easy to work with. He was. He told me he could start on a Monday and gave me the date. He called to confirm on Thursday. He started at 8:30 Monday morning. On two occasions I had soooo much to do to move stuff for the next room that I kind of panicked. He worked with me. The job was done in the given time frame. He was always prompt and kept in touch on the one day he would run 45 minutes late. I'm thrilled with the work. I would absolutely, positively recommend him. You should definitely at least let him give you a bid.

He was very patient with us. We thought we had the colors we wanted but when he started painting we changed our
minds. Jon got additional paint samples and put them on the walls to let us see what they looked like in the rooms. That was extremely helpful and after a third trip to the paint store we had the ones we liked.
Jon was very meticulous in his work and did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself. Every night when he left we could walk through the rooms with worrying about tracking paint throughout the house.
The boxcar siding on the kitchen ceiling and wall was especially difficult to paint. Jon sprayed the paint on which made a really great finish. Again, left no trace of paint except where expected.
I would highly recommend Jon and his team and plan on using them many times in the future. You will not be disappointed with his work nor with his work ethic. He was there when he said and completed the projects on schedule and on budget.

Hello, My name is Jon Lowry, Owner of Lowry's Painting. As a child I always had a love for the construction industry. Watching homes come to life throughout the construction process was amazing. Just as amazing to me, was the ability of paint to put the finishing touches on a home; and it was that transformation that drew me into the world of painting. From my very first job, I truly loved the work and knew I wanted to make it my living. I decided to start my own business as an opportunity to provide my clients with the service and value I wished to provide and would expect as a consumer. I wanted my name on the job and to never hide behind the excuses of a big contractor. I decided I would remain a small business to allow myself to be on EVERY job as opposed to sending a a crew. So, with each project you get the same face and same guaranteed results. It is my goal to become more than just another service company or contractor. I believe in establishing lasting relationships and have been fortunate to build a business on these relationships and repeat business.
